Drop Forged Rivetless Chain

Drop forged conveyor chains, also referred to as drop forged scraper chains, are integral components in bulk material handling systems. They are utilized for transporting various products like grain, coal, and ash. Drop forging - Hammering hot metal into dies. Press forging - instead of forcing hot metal into a die with a hammer blow, it is pressed into the die with hydraulic pressure. Roll forging - The hot metal is pressed between two rollers.

Drop forging indeed results in parts that are stronger compared to cast parts due to the forging process.
